Sending

If you wish to send in your watch for repairs we highly recommend and require the following.
1. Please send your repair item(s) in suitable packaging, ask for signature request and insure goods.
2. Include your full name, address, telephone number and email.
3. Complete description of contents and work you would like performed. We will always provide you with a contract, tracking ID number and estimate before any repairs are performed.

Receiving

Orders completed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders completed up-to 6:00 PM are processed overnight and shipped by next day 10:30 AM. All items are shipped via FedEx or Canada Post. To track your order online please click the appropriate link below.
