SALES:
We have over 50 years of buying experience and know the perfect balance and chemistry of well made design and build quality that our customers want. We keep abreast of new styles and constantly adapt to new trends but will always stand our ground when it comes to stocking true and tested classics. We simply love to sell guaranteed showcase winners. That’s the reason we sell a lot of watches as a traditional brick and mortar store and have even become top producing volume sellers for some of the brands we stock. Whether you are looking for a minimalist, monochromatic look, a sophisticated chronograph, want to make a bold statement or maybe want to add a new vibrant strap colour to individualize your timepiece, we may have something bespoke for you. We also select and choose globally recognized premium “Red Dot Award winning products” based on excellence in quality, innovation and outstanding design including Skagen Watches, Hirsch Performance Collection Straps, Victorinox Swiss Cards to Caran d’Ache Swiss made accessories.
SERVICE:
Our service facility is a fully-equipped, technologically advanced, modern clean and bright service centre utilizing the most up-to-date State-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and tools to do professional high- grade repairs on premises. Our Certified Master technicians are highly trained senior level professionals with extensive horological experience who have generations of heritage, passion and lineage of expertise earning the most coveted artisan titles of being true “Grand-masters.” We have the experience and in-depth knowledge necessary to repair everything you need from the most basic battery change, strap replacements, bracelet repair, link resizing, scratch removal and polishing, crystal installation, fixing your broken stem and crown, dial refinishing, water pressure testing right up-to overhauling your chronograph to restoring the most exclusive Tourbillions. We are also world renowned for our unique ability to do most repairs on premises “while-you-wait” and have cost effective “practical solutions” for countless impossible one-of-a-kind challenges. This is a skill that differentiates us that can’t be replicated anywhere and can only come with over 50 years of experience.
PARTS:
Our Service Centre is complemented with our own parts department, so you can have most of your repairs done here cost-effectively, expeditiously and, best of all, in one convenient trip. We have an extensive inventory of parts, tools, and accessories to complete your ultimate service experience. We have a large selection of modern parts, discontinued and obsolete parts, as well as hard-to-find items that you thought were no longer available. Our workshop is well equipped to handle all traditional restoration procedures and can often fabricate new parts. In addition to parts, we sell a full line of Swiss and Japanese watch repair tools including our own generic brand. We have everything from entry level mini-tool kits for the avid beginner, small business set- up packages right up-to the most advanced avant-guard Swiss tools for professionals. We also stock accessories to take care of your watch needs including DIY mini cleaning spa kits, automatic watch winders, watch storage boxes and compact travel pouches. Plus we stock all kinds of neat and nifty award winning accessories such as Swiss made Victorinox knives and Caran d’Ache pens.
